Sunday November 16, 2008, 1:45 pm:
Meeting at Crossroads Methodist Church, SE corner of Northern and Central (Parking lot entrance on Northern).Those who attended the National Call to Action Conference in Milwaukee will share their comments about the talks they attended, followed by a general discussion over good snacks.

Sunday April 13, 2008, 2pm: AFTER INNOCENCE: This film documents the struggles that wrongfully imprisoned people face when they are finally set free (through DNA evidence, for example) with no compensation for the losses and injustice inflicted on them.
Volunteers from the Arizona Justice Project will present the film and be available for a discussion.

January 17, 2008, 7 pm: Meeting at Essentially Books. We will watch one of the following videos from the National Call to Action Conference in Milwaukee, most likely the first one, and have a discussion:
Thou shall not love: the impertinent color brown, by Richard Rodriguez.
The struggle for peace in Latin America, by Roy Bourgeois.
Eco-Justice: undoing ...  , by Andrea Cohen-Kiener.
Race is not a card, by Tim Wise.

November 8, 2007, 7pm: Meeting at Essentially Books. Those who attended the National Call to Action Conference in Milwaukee will share their comments about the talks they attended, followed by a general discussion over good snacks.
On October 11, 2007, we watched a video about "A greener faith", being good stewards and caring for Creation.
On September 13, 2007, at 7 pm we listened to Richard Rohr's talk at Crossroads Methodist Church: On the EDGE: BEING A CHRISTIAN IN THE 21st CENTURY.

The May 2007 Meeting wasThursday, May 10th at 7:30 P.M., at Essentially Books located at 6957 E.  Fifth Avenue, Suite 4 in Old Town Scottsdale.  (480) 970-4288.
The topic for the meeting  was “Keeping the Earth”, a video produced for the Union of Concerned Scientists by New Wrinkle Inc., in cooperation with the National Religious Partnership for the Environment.
